1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NovelKit, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Description of service

NovelKit provides an AI novel-writing system built on the Hermes pipeline, including Project DNA, a story bible, a memory layer, a quality gate and Studio tools for creating, editing and publishing long-form fiction. NovelKit does not guarantee that every AI output is publish-ready without user editing or review.

3. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• NovelKit may suspend or terminate access if it detects a violation of these terms or abuse of the system.

4. Intellectual property

The NovelKit platform, brand, interface, pipeline and technical documentation are owned by NovelKit or its licensors. Rights to story content you create or commission are governed by the applicable contract, service package, or B2B agreement for each project.

5. User content

You are responsible for your input content (prompts, DNA, reference material) and for any output you make public. You agree not to use NovelKit to generate content that violates the law, infringes third-party copyright, incites violence, discrimination, or harmful misinformation.

6. Plans and payment

Subscription pricing, trial packages and B2B contracts are published on the website or quoted separately. Payments already made follow the policy of the relevant package; NovelKit may adjust pricing for a new cycle with advance notice before renewal.

7. Limitation of liability

NovelKit provides the service on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, NovelKit is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by network failure, an AI provider outage, or a user's failure to back up their canon.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as we expand features or change how we operate. The new version takes effect once posted at this address; continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
