Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and age

By accessing or using NovelKit, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. The service is intended for users age 13 and older. If you are below the legal age of majority where you live, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

2. Service scope

NovelKit provides tools to create, edit, manage, and optionally publish long-form fiction with AI. The iOS app uses a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model: you connect your own AI-provider API key, and the app does not sell digital credit packages or direct you to external checkout. NovelKit Studio on the web is a separate surface and may offer NovelKit-managed AI service and optional web transactions.

Features, models, and availability may vary by platform, configuration, and provider status. AI output may be inaccurate, duplicative, unsuitable, or not ready for publication without human editing.

3. Accounts and security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date.
• Do not share a password or API key in public content, bug reports, or support email.
• You may delete your account by following novelkit.cc/en/delete-account.

4. AI providers and output responsibility

When you select a provider, save its configuration, and ask NovelKit to generate content, you instruct the service to send the necessary prompt, context, and credentials to that endpoint. You are responsible for your right to use the API key, provider charges, provider terms, and reviewing output before using or publishing it.

NovelKit does not represent that AI output is always accurate, unique, non-infringing, or fit for a particular purpose. You must perform any necessary legal review, editing, attribution, and permissions checks.

5. Rights in user content

As between you and NovelKit, you retain rights in your prompts, materials, manuscripts, and created content, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant NovelKit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, only for as long as needed, to host, process, back up, send to your selected provider, display, or distribute the content as directed by your actions in the service.

For content you choose to publish publicly, this license also covers displaying, formatting, and making it available to readers. The license ends when you delete or unpublish the content, except for copies needed for security, backup, legal compliance, or content others have lawfully retained.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use NovelKit to create, upload, publish, or facilitate:

• Illegal content; child sexual exploitation or sexualization; non-consensual intimate imagery; threats of violence or self-harm.
• Targeted harassment, hate, terrorism, fraud, impersonation, spam, or harmful manipulation.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Malware, disruption, unauthorized access, evasion of system limits, or collection of another person's data without permission.

7. Public content and moderation

User-published content is UGC. NovelKit may use automated filters and manual review, and may restrict visibility, unpublish, remove content, or restrict an account for violations, safety risk, or legal requests. Filters do not replace the publisher's responsibility and cannot guarantee detection of every violation.

Readers may use in-product report, block, or hide controls, or email the public URL and reason to Mrdee0428@gmail.com. Serious or repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination. See NovelKit Support.

8. Web payments

Optional transactions, when offered, take place on NovelKit Studio on the web and may be processed by SePay. Price, currency, benefits, and transaction terms are shown before confirmation. The iOS app does not provide checkout for digital credits and does not direct users to an outside purchase method.

9. Platform ownership

The NovelKit brand, interface, source code, pipeline, and documentation are owned by NovelKit or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to you.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using or delete your account at any time. NovelKit may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account to protect users and the service, address violations, fraud, security risk, or legal obligations. Where appropriate, you may contact support to request review.

11. Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, NovelKit is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss caused by network, provider, device failure, or your failure to retain a copy. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights.

12. Changes to these terms

NovelKit may update these terms to reflect product, risk, or legal changes. The update date appears at the top. If a change materially affects users, we will use a reasonable in-product or website notice before it applies when required by law.
