App and account help
When reporting a problem, include your account email, platform, app version, selected model/provider, reproduction steps, and the error message. You may attach a screenshot after removing API keys, tokens, and private content.
Privacy and account deletion
You can delete your account in the app at Settings → Account → Delete Account. If you cannot sign in, see the verification options at Delete your NovelKit account.
Report public content
Use the in-product Report, Block, or Hide control when available. You may also email the public URL, reason, and relevant evidence. Do not resend sensitive illegal material when a URL and description are enough to locate it.
AI providers and spoken playback
Provide the provider name, model, and time of the error; do not send your API key. For spoken-playback issues, include the voice, device, and a short non-sensitive text sample that reproduces the problem.
Web transactions
The iOS app does not sell digital credits or offer checkout outside the app. For an optional transaction made on NovelKit Studio on the web, provide the invoice or order reference and transaction time; never send a card number or online-banking credentials.
